Homebuyer Seminar

We offer a customized homebuyer seminar designed for the first time home purchaser. The presentation motivates the attendees to make appointments with the seminar sponsoring lending organization for pre-qualification. This initial pre-qualification enables the lender to obtain a competitive lending advantage by having the buyer provide their financial information and documentation. The presentation is displayed on a LCD projector. Approximately 80% of the attendees consistently make appointments with lending staff to be pre-qualified. Advisory services for the seminar preparation is included.
