Mortgage Sales Mastery

This six session training program focuses on the essential areas of selling that all top originators utilize. Mortgage Mastery is presented in stages in order to build momentum and sustained growth of originations over time. Mortgage Sales Mastery develops loan officer accountability as to their commitment to success. LO's are required to provide feedback as to their progress of utilizing the techniques presented each session.

Session1: Building Rapport - The first step to closing any sale. Understand the importance of creating rapport before going for the close. Master simple techniques to build rapport on a sub-conscious and conscious level which is how you will maximize your ability to influence others.

Session 2: Master Questioning Techniques - Learn and master the strategies and tactics of using questions to influence and lead customers to a purchasing decision. Use questions to set yourself apart from your competition. Learn how to segment your presentation with questions to build customer confidence and leading them to say "YES" throughout and at the end of your presentation.

Session 3: Overcoming Price Objections - Learn how to speak from a point of strength regarding your rates and fees versus lowering your commission on your transactions. Understand how to tap into your borrowers motivation and redirect them towards what is most important - value!

Session 4: Referral Mastery - Begin to build and grow your business the easy way. You will create customer motivation to give you referrals that are ready to do business with you. Build your business faster with less cold calling and more pre-sold referrals.

Session 5: Closing Strategies - Understand your fear(s) of asking for the deal and the customers fear to commit and you will close more loans. Learn the top 5 closing techniques used by today's top producers. Never worry about asking for the loan or the application fee again.

Session 6: Effective Time Management for Loan Officers - Go from being re-active to pro-active in a matter of seconds. Start managing your customers and your leads instead of them managing you. Learn how to provide top level customer service with less time then you are currently using which will give you more time to do what you are supposed to be doing, "SELLING".
