This first mastery session provides the essential foundation for growing self-source relationships and business. In this first session you will learn many of the action strategies we will be focusing on reinforcing and mastering throughout the entire program. This session students will learn the principles of creating their competitive edge positioning and how to message it to the world of potential referral partners. Attendees will also start the preparation to overcome agent and other referral partner roadblocks to developing relationships and deliver a compelling presentation that wins business.
Week 2
Rapid Results Session 2: Live Interactive Virtual Coaching Session
April 10, 2024 – 1.5 Hours (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM CST)
Session 2 provides critical implementation coaching and guidance to students. As attendees begin to implement what they learn, reinforcement, correction, and clarification are all essential to continue the process of sales mastery.
Week 3
Rapid Results Session 3: High Impact Lead Generation Strategies
April 17, 2024 – 1 Hour (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM CST)
In this mastery session, we will build your lead Parthenon. This unique strategy ensures you will always have an ever-growing funnel of motivated and qualified prospects. Imagine having multiple streams of lead generators that work synergistically with each other that exponentially grow your business.
Week 4
Rapid Results Session 4: Live Interactive Virtual Coaching Session
April 24, 2024 – 1.5 Hours (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM CST)
At this stage of the training program, students are taking more action and seeing more challenges come their way. This extended coaching session brings together the group to learn about various challenges and how to best overcome them. Role-play is an essential part of this learning process and will begin in this session, and continue throughout all other future coaching sessions.
Week 5
Implementation Week – No Class
During implementation week, students are following through on their commitments to action. It is during this time that students continue to prospect and employ what they have learned. The time in-between training sessions students have the ability to contact the instructor for personal guidance on any challenges that they incur while prospecting.
Week 6
Rapid Results Session 5: Overcoming Prospecting Objections and Challenges
May 8, 2024 – 1.5 Hours (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM CST)
As students increase their prospecting activities, they will be faced with more and more objections. In this extended coaching role-play session we work together to assist them in mastering the strategies that counter or all together eliminate the roadblocks placed in their way by prospective referral partners.
Week 7
Implementation Week – No Class
During implementation week, students are following through on their commitments to action. It is during this time that students continue to prospect and employ what they have learned. Week 8
Rapid Results Session 6: Live Interactive Virtual Final Coaching Session
May 22, 2024 – 1 Hour (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM CST)
This final session is where we review everything taught in the program and work on any outstanding challenges that students have. At this stage of the training, attendees that taken action have developed new referral partner relationships. We focus on ensuring that students finish the program with momentum that carries them forward.
