Week 1

Rapid Result Session 1: Purchase Growth Masterclass – Virtual
April 30, 2024 – 2 Hours (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM CST)

This first mastery session provides the essential foundation for growing relationships and originations. In this session your attendees will learn core action strategies that will grow business immediately, and set the foundation for the entire program. This session students will learn the principles of creating their competitive edge positioning and how to message it to the world to grow referral partner relationships as well as member referrals. Attendees will also start the preparation to overcome agent and other referral partner roadblocks to developing relationships and deliver a compelling presentation that wins business.

Week 2

Rapid Results Session 2: Implementation Virtual Coaching Session
May 7, 2024 – 1.5 Hours (8:30 AM – 10:00 AM CST)

Session 2 provides critical implementation coaching and guidance to students. As attendees begin to implement what they learn, reinforcement, correction, and clarification are all essential to continue the process of origination growth.

Week 3

Rapid Results Session 3: Overcoming Challenges
May 14, 2024 – 1 Hour (8:30 AM – 9:30 AM CST)

As attendees implement the business growth strategies, they will invariably face objections and challenges from their prospecting efforts. This is one of many coaching sessions throughout the program that will educate and empower attendees to overcome the roadblocks that derail momentum and positive results.

Week 4

May 21, 2024: Implementation Week: No Class

Implementation weeks are when students continue to take action and master their skills developed in the first three weeks of the program. During this week, and every week of the program, attendees have access to the instructor for assistance with implementation questions and challenges that arise. When this occurs attendees can receive the help they need to ensure they continue on their journey of implementation and growth.

Week 5

Rapid Results Session 4: Lead Conversion Masterclass
May 28, 2024 – 1.5 Hours (8:30 AM – 10:00 AM CST)

From the actions of the first four weeks, attendees will experience an increase in leads. Although it is critical to maintain this upward trajectory of prospecting and lead generations, it is just as important to improve the ability to convert leads to applications. This session focuses on highly effective strategies for improving lead engagement and conversion to applications.

Week 6

Rapid Results Session 5: Lead Conversion Implementation Coaching
June 4, 2024 – 1.0 Hour (8:30 AM – 9:30 AM CST)

Just as implementation of new prospecting strategies brings about new challenges for attendees, the same will occur with the implementation of a new approach to lead conversion. In this coaching session we will uncover the biggest challenges to implementation and execution and work to overcome them together.

Week 7

June 11, 2024: Implementation Week: No Class

Implementation week is another chance for students to continue to take action and master their skills developed from all of the prior sessions of the training program for business development and lead conversion. Students will continue to have access to the instructor for assistance with implementation questions and challenges that arise. When this occurs attendees can receive the help they need to ensure they continue on their journey of implementation and growth.

Week 8

Rapid Results Session 6: Implementation Virtual Coaching Session
June 18, 2024 – 1.5 Hour (8:30 AM – 10:00 AM CST)

The next level of success is having attendees engage in role-play. It is here that attendees engage in the amazing virtual game of 3 Minutes to a Yes. During this session attendees are challenged on their skills in live role-play. Participants will not only be guided by the instructor during this session, but evaluation from other participants plays a critical role in reflection and skill growth.

Week 9

June 25, 2024: Implementation Week: No Class

Armed with even more skills and actions from their participation in 3 Minutes to a Yes from the prior session, attendees will further their business growth and lead conversion skills. Students continue to access to the instructor for assistance with implementation questions and challenges that arise.

Week 10

Rapid Results Session 7: Advanced Lead Generation Strategies
July 2, 2024 – 1.0 Hour (8:30 AM – 9:30 AM CST)

In this session attendees will be given three additional advanced business growth strategies to further enhance their ability to self-source leads and business relationship opportunities. Topics will include leveraging simple and compliant social media strategies, advanced networking, and active transaction relationship growth.

Week 11

July 9, 2024: Implementation Week: No Class

The journey continues for implementation. Given the prior week of the Independence Day Holiday, there might be a lull in prospecting. This implementation week allows attendees to resume their prospecting activities at a high level. Students continue to access to the instructor for assistance with implementation questions and challenges that arise.

Week 12

Rapid Results Session 8: Final Implementation Virtual Coaching Session
July 16, 2024 – 1.0 Hour (8:30 AM – 9:30 AM CST)

This final session is where any outstanding challenges the students are experiencing are brought up and resolved. Additional role-playing is part of this final session to ensure students leave the program with maximum preparation to continue their efforts on their own.
